Services. EverLast Developments provides Home Renovation, Interior Design, New Construction, Custom Home Design, Site Development and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by EverLast Developments or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AL.
